Sleeping Bag Conflict

I'm poor. Not I need to eat nothing but ramen poor, but I can't afford a $400 sleeping bag (I'm talking to you Mountain Hardwear Phantom Down.) I want a nice sleeping bag, it would be great to have down, but I have to be budget minded. I can't just buy the best and then not have $200 to spend on food. So I feel like the sleeping bag will be the hardest thing to decide because there are so many options and not all are good. Plus it's "so crucial" as my mom puts it.
Here is what I'm thinking, Yogi tells us that we need a 20Degree bag. So I am looking for that or under (I sleep cold.) I am looking for something under or at $200 and I would prefer to get the best that I can afford in that range. I WILL NOT carry any sleeping bag over 3lbs. There are the perimeters, now for where that leaves me.

-North Face Blue Kazoo, $182 on sale, 2lbs 8oz, 15D, 650 Down Fill, mummy
Overall it gets good reviews from people who abuse it. The feathers start to come out and you have to care for the down correctly, but otherwise seems alright. Apparently it's a bit heavier than advertised.

-Kelty Ignite Down, $149 on sale, 2lbs 7oz, 16D, 600 Down Fill, mummy
Overall this is a good economy bag. It's not going to win any contests, but it is a good bag for that price. I hear it's warm with no cold spots, but to be honest there are not tons of reviews from thru hikers. I like to buy gear that I know has held up.

-REI Sub Kilo, $208 on sale, 1lbs 15oz, 15D, 750 Down Fill, mummy : a little over budget, but a good bag.
Overall this is said to be a great bag. Thru hikers have used it on the AT and have liked it. It backs smaller than the Blue Kazoo and someone actually bought this to replace their Blue Kazoo. It's only $8 over budget.
